| We
use Iams or Eukanuba small breed or puppy food for our Chihuahuas here. We also feed
them a mixture of cooked chicken, brown rice and wheat bread with vitamins supplements
added every morning. If you would like detailed information on our feeding regimen
feel free to email us. We hope that
you follow suit and feed your puppy Iams or Eukanuba brand food. We have had great
luck using it with this breed. |
You may substitute breast of chicken with
chicken livers, chicken gizzards, beef livers or other boneless parts of chicken. We also
add two tablespoons of iams canned dog food, viatamin supplement and wellness powder.
We feed each dog about 3/4 cup of this mixture in the morning hours after
they go out for their morning romp.
After their normal breakfast we offer, free choice an Iams or Eukanuba dry dog food.
We have had huge sucess with this mixture and our dogs. All of our dogs are plump
(but not too fat which is very unhealthy in small breeds) and thier coats shine wiht a
healthy luster. |
